Wave soldering
We manufacture soldering masks for all common soldering systems from different manufacturers. With our sophisticated solutions for all types of electronics, you can achieve optimum soldering results and improve your process reliability.
Our broad spectrum of hold-down systems ranges from simple swivel latches to complex designs for robot-controlled systems.
We use RICOCEL ES-3261A and Ducolite GM 654 as the standard base material for our solder masks and hold-down systems.

Universal soldering frames
Our universal soldering frames are suitable for all standard soldering systems and are suitable for wave and selective soldering processes.

The frames are designed according to the modular principle and can be put together individually. You can choose from
- Various versions of LP support and hanging rails, also for LPs with laterally protruding components
- Hold-down system with freely positionable, spring-loaded hold-down pins
- Height-adjustable hold-down pins
- Support for the fourth LP side
- Tie rods and PCB support from below to prevent deflection
